- Delivery on Monday to Friday from 1pm – 5pm
- Last order is 6pm and will be delivered at the following day
- Orders received after 6pm will be delivered the day after the following day
- Order received on Friday to Sunday will be deliver on Monday
- For the same-day delivery, please place your order manually on Whatsapp +62 813-5353-9577 and we will do our best.
- We do not deliver fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs & spices on the same day delivery
- Delivery service will be charge for same day delivery as gojek / grab rate
New customer registration
New customers should fill out a completed New Customer Form via our website
(www.payugroup.id) or send it to admin@payugroup.id
The registration process will take a maximum of one working day.

MINIMUM ORDER FOR FREE DELIVERY
Rp 1.000.000 Canggu Area to Kuta (Confirmation On Registration)
Rp 2.000.000 Uluwatu, Gianyar, Ubud (Confirmation On Registration)
Delivery outside these area will be charge according to gosend / grab application

Outside Bali Area
OUTSIDE BALI
- Order from Monday to Thursday will be processed the following day.
- Order received on Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- We will notify you of the delivery & packing cost once you have placed your order and require payment before sending your order.
- We don’t deliver fresh fruits, vegetables, or liquid outside Bali.
- We use JNE service, Rp 62,000 / kg

Orders and delivery
Orders should be received at least 2 working days before scheduled delivery before 6pm WITA
We are unable to process any items or quantity changes, where order has been confirmed
or if past the time limit.
Orders can be received once all the requirements have been completed.
Delivery of order only can be processed if customers have settled all invoices related to the order.
Payment through bank transfer is as follows:

Sales order will be automatically cancelled by system if we have not received any payment
proof within 24 hours since final confirmation on sales order or invoice have been
made. It is applicable for all customers with a bank transfer payment system.
Order that has been processed in accordance with the customer’s order cannot be returned.
